Talk on : Avartan – a holistic solution to Corporate stress
Abstract : Project Avartan is an evidence-based integrated yoga module - with the wisdom based in Upanisads. The Mandukya-Karika reveals the secret basis of cyclic meditation (CM), which can induce within half an hour three times more rest than six hours of good sleep. Brain research has shown that it starts functioning better with more effective, relaxed attention, cognition and concentration. Published research on CM points at individual emotional stability and corporate harmony. Eye problems, joint pains and health hazards in the form of modern common ailments are no more a menace for all those who practice CM regularly. The talk would focus on the art of manifesting the tremendous inner healing power, muscle relaxation, slowing of breath, and calming of mind by the simple and most effective technique of meditation – CM. This technique would help in discharging the 16 hours of work with commitment, responsibility and efficiency while maintaining a blissful awareness.

Talk on : Being Spiritual at Work [Presentation]
Abstract : It is often said in the Business world that ' business of business is business, it aims at maximizing profits staying within the rules of the game and without deception or fraud; spirituality, if any, is only thus far and no further '. Yet, this is the notion from the side of Matter only. Reality consists of both Matter and Spirit. Everything that exists - people, animals, plants and the physical world - have both visible and invisible nature. Science deals with Matter ( visible ) and Spirituality with the invisible part . Every thoughts and decision making, deals and contracts, sales and marketing, relationships and bonding need to be based on the data derived from both the matter and spirit, science and spirituality, component of the phenomenon/reality. Science can get us access to the visible part of the nature where as the spirituality, especially of the East which has several ways and means to, get access to the invisible part. Together, a lasting success and effectiveness can be achieved which would be characterized by not only prosperity but also peace and harmony as well. Further, it also culminates in the discovery of one's divinity within and its dedication to the good of Organization and Humanity. Vedas and Upanishads, yoga and Bhgavadgita expounds brilliantly such a view and practice of reality.

Talk on : Social Transformation through Inner Transformation (Hum Badlenge, Yug Badlega)
Abstract : " If I am not beautiful in my own eyes, how can I be beautiful in the eyes of others & who am I, to sit on a judgment of a fellow human being."
- these two opening lines of my thirty two years research work on human relations, indicate the growth of SELF vis a vis HUMANITY. Self is the Truth.
The Truth is, my being. Loving self, being appreciative of self is not selfishness but self-awareness. This awareness, is so Self - body, mind, intellect & spirituality. Spirituality is compassion and understanding.
This TRUTH is our existence and identity, that we are alone. This aloneness is not loneliness, but a strong and firm aloneness which is our strength. This STRENGTH, enables to assert and make ourselves acceptable to others. This ACCEPTANCE is without compromises or losing ourselves and our identity. Life is this knowledge of our aloneness, arising out of the knowledge of our existence, together with our sincerity and commitment, in our caring for others and rising above Self.
Rising above Self is giving and understanding - that as many people that many thoughts and opinions AND there are that many ways. The strength of each individual, collectively leads to an enlightened and stronger society and nation.
Individual growth is necessary but no the end. Collective Individual growth is a MUST. Let us join hands to initiate the initiative of our fellow beings.
