Theme of Workshop
In the modern world of glamour & glare materialistic progress is considered as the sole goal of life and spiritual progress is neglected and overlooked. This unbalanced approach to life has permeated into corporate culture as well and has lead to fallouts like unethical practices at work, corruption, stress, depression, psychosomatic disorders & other health hazards. Developing and encouraging workplace spirituality promises to provide several positive outcomes related to organizational performance including higher productivity, increased job satisfaction, lower employee turnover rates, positive ethical values, better attendance rates, and higher customer satisfaction.
This workshop is being organized to impress upon the relevance and importance of spirituality in corporate culture. The workshop would aim to generate some mindshare on how to implement spirituality at workplace.
