PRAGYA SANDESH –
21st Century, Bright Future |
|
Objective of the Periodical: |
The root causes of the ailing state of the world today are – the crisis of faith, people’s ignorance of the powers of the inner self, and the lack of righteous attitude. These have evaporated the oceans of joy from people’s life and polluted them with ever increasing insecurities, infirmities and complexities. Realizing the hidden power of thoughts is very important in the present era of intellectual evolution. This periodical will serve as a vehicle for thought transformation for the revival of Satyug - the divine era. |

SADVICHAR (Thoughts for Contemplation): Three bases for personality
Our
personality stands on three bases, namely body, mind & Atma. In order to make these three pure and bright, we
have to adopt the process & practice of Karmayog,
Gyanyog and Bhaktiyog.
Accomplishment in life means to keep all our activities saturated with
idealism. Body is purified by becoming a Karmayogi,
mind is purified by becoming Gyanyogi & Atma is purified by becoming a Bhaktiyogi.
If every physical activity of ours is for the performance of duty, every
thought of ours is for the affirmation of truth & wisdom & every
emotion is to increase love & kinship, it should understood that all the
three bases are advancing in the direction, which is desired & inspired
by God. It is only by following this path that we can succeed in the test of
achievement of purpose of life. In
order to reform the world, we should reform ourselves. A part of the world is
sublimated to the extent, we can reform ourselves. It makes the world more
beautiful by transmitting itself to another & thus the process goes on.
We achieve the credit of really doing great service to the world by making
our inner-self sublime. |
Upakhyan (Anecdote):
Ambitious
Joshua Levmann designed several strategies for
future and went to scholarly Yukatchi to ask how he
should plan to fulfill those. Yakutchi went through
the list thoroughly and said, “My child, among all these policies you have
not mentioned the very first strategy without which all your plans are
worthless.” Shockingly Joshua asked, “What should that planning be?” He
replied, “Building of your temperament and character, without which one can
neither rise nor accomplish bigger goals.”
