Objective of the Periodical:

The root causes of the ailing state of the world today are – the crisis of faith, people’s ignorance of the powers of the inner self, and the lack of righteous attitude. These have evaporated the oceans of joy from people’s life and polluted them with ever increasing insecurities, infirmities and complexities. Realizing the hidden power of thoughts is very important in the present era of intellectual evolution. This periodical will serve as a vehicle for thought transformation for the revival of Satyug - the divine era.

SATSANKALP (Divine resolve): There are 18 satsankalp. As per Pt. Shriram Sharma Acharya they correspond to 18 chapters of GEETA. Given below is the fifteenth of eighteen. “Sajjanon ko sangathit karne, Aneeti se loha lene aur Nav-srijan ki gatividhiyon mein poori ruchi lenge ” Meaning: We shall make necessary efforts to develop community of noble people, fight against injustice and also take keen interest in the establishment of innovative activities meant for development.	UPAKHYAN (Anecdote): King Pyrrhus of Epirus was approached by his friend Cyneas, who asked “If you conquer Rome, what will you do next, sir?” Pyrrhus replied, “Sicily is next door and will be easy to take.” Cyneas - “And what shall we do after Sicily is taken?” Pyrrhus – “Then we will move over to Africa and sack Carthage” Cyneas – “And after Carthage, Sir?” Pyrrhus – The turn of Greece will come” Cyneas – “ And what, may I ask, will the fruit of all these conquests be?” “Then..” said Pyrrhus, “We can sit down and enjoy ourselves” Cyneas – “Can we not enjoy ourselves now?” Conclusion: The poor thinks, they will be happy when they become rich while rich thinks, they will be happy when they get rid of their ulcers.
